Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns on ready-made items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Ready Made Items

Our pre-designed handmade decor pieces can be returned within the 14-day window. To initiate a return:

• Include your order number and reason for return
• Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
• Ship the item back in its original packaging

Custom Orders

Custom handmade pieces are created specifically for you based on your chosen specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom Order Deposits

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. This deposit covers initial material costs and design time. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange ready-made items for a different piece of equal or lesser value. For items of greater value, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Handmade Variations

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and size are characteristic of handmade items and are not grounds for return. These variations make each piece unique.
